WHEN I WAS SETTING UP THE TV, I HAD A TERRIBLE TIME CONNECTING THE ANTENNA, AND PUTTING ON THE STAND. WHEN I FINALLY GOT IT WORKING, THE PICTURE WAS NOT GOOD: TERRIBLE ON SOME CHANNELS, AND BETTER ON OTHERS. I TRIED EVERYTHING, INCLUDING HAVING MY YOUNG, TECHIE FRIEND COME OVER AND TRY TO GET A GOOD PICTURE TO NO AVAIL. I SENT IT BACK, AND ASKED FOR A REFUND FROM TIGEREXPRESS. I WILL NEVER BUY AN ELECTRONIC BY COMPUTER AGAIN! I ALSO HAD A TERRIBLE TIME GETTING THE STAND BACK OFF SO I COULD PACK IT TO SEND IT BACK. AND I HAD TO PAY THE SHIPPING MYSELF BECAUSE THE WHOLE PROCESS HAD TAKEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS.... PHOOEY! PMCG IN ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA

I have the larger 32" in in the living room the picture and problem free last 2 years are what sold me on getting this one for the bedroom. It's clear and crisp, its not that loud but that is what the living room TV is for. I'd recommend this tv to anyone and when the time and money comes I'll get a bigger Sylvania, great quality system.

Please do not purchase. I do not know what the picture quality or sound is like, my TV never worked. I tried take it to a local service center, to find out they have not done busy with this company in 5 years or more. I had to send it back to the company, that was in September of 2008 and this is February and I am still trying to find out when I will get my TV or money. This company has the worse customer service I have ever had to deal with. The biggest problem is level one - level three can not help you. When you have endured all you can take and ask for a supervisor, their response is I will have have to have administration call you back. Guest what ....I AM STILL WAITING.

For [...] bucks, (look around and you'll find it for this price), you can't go wrong with this tv. For the people that do not like the audio, I have a simple solution for you. Go out and buy $[...] computer speakers. The TV has an audio input for this. A cheap way to get more audio power. The picture and price is what attracted me to this set...if you don't want to spend $[...] and up for a similar sized Samsung (which I think are great TVs) then this is for you.
Pros: Picture, price, simple setup
Cons: Audio could be more powerful, but easily solved with external speakers.
